Sales Development Representative

UDA Technologies, a leader in innovative software solutions for the
construction industry, is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales
Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team. In this role,
you will be on the front lines of business growth, identifying and qualifying
new sales opportunities, making outbound calls, setting up product
demonstrations, and nurturing relationships with potential customers.


This is a great opportunity for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced
environment and are eager to develop their sales skills. While sales
experience is a plus, it is not required—this role provides hands-on
experience and the potential to grow within UDA Technologies.

What You'll Do:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to introduce UDA
    Technologies' products and educate potential customers on how our
    solutions can address their needs.
  • Qualify leads by gathering essential information, identifying key
    decision-makers, and assessing their fit for our solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and sales calls to
    move prospects through the pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, tracking interactions and
    follow-ups.
  •  Engage with inbound leads from trials, webinars, events, and other sources, nurturing relationships and building trust.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement. Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills to enhance effectiveness.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability
    to clearly articulate product value to prospects.
  • Comfort with a high call volume – confidence in making outbound
    calls and handling objections.
  • Growth mindset – a willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve
    continuously.
  • Technical aptitude – ability to learn new software tools quickly; CRM
    experience (HubSpot preferred) is a plus.
  • Resilience and perseverance – ability to stay motivated despite
    rejection and remain focused on goals.
  • Curiosity and business acumen – a natural interest in understanding
    customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Results-driven attitude – a passion for contributing to the team’s
    success and meeting performance targets.
  • Previous sales or lead generation experience is preferred but not
    required

Salary Range:

Starting salary from $40,000 - $65,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses

Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
