UDA Technologies is seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team and help connect prospective customers with our project management software.

This role is focused on engaging inbound leads, guiding potential customers through early conversations, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through product demonstrations. You’ll also interact with existing customers, helping answer basic questions and ensuring a positive experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in software sales while developing strong product knowledge and communication skills. Many team members in this role grow into Account Executive and senior sales positions.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound calls, chats, and inquiries from prospective customers
  • Follow up with trial users, information requests, and marketing leads
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for sales executives
  • Stay engaged in the sales process and support opportunities through closing
  • Answer basic customer questions related to accounts and software usage
  • Learn the product, its value, and how it compares to competitors

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or working with software products
