UDA Technologies is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our Quality Assurance team, ensuring the reliability and performance of our project management software. This team plays a key part in maintaining product quality and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers with each release.

This role focuses on testing new features and enhancements, identifying issues, and working closely with development to ensure a high-quality product. You’ll also investigate reported issues, validate fixes, and help prepare weekly software updates.

What You'll Do:

• Test new features and enhancements to ensure they meet requirements
• Identify, document, and track issues, working with developers to resolve them
• Verify that updates do not negatively impact existing functionality
• Investigate customer-reported issues and determine root causes
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
• Prepare release reports and support weekly product updates
• Manage and update tickets in project management and CRM systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or currently pursuing a degree in a related field)
• Familiarity with issue tracking or CRM systems
