UDA Technologies is seeking individuals to join our team as the first point of contact for customers and prospective clients. This role focuses on helping users get the most out of our software—answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
You’ll work closely with customers to explain features, assist with workflows, and connect them with the right resources. As you build product knowledge and experience, there are opportunities to grow into advanced success, training or sales roles.
Compensation is based on your experience and qualifications.
