Administrative & Operations Coordinator

UDA Technologies is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support our leadership team and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This person will play a key part in supporting leadership and helping teams stay organized, aligned, and moving forward.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once. You’ll work across different departments, helping coordinate projects, support ongoing operations, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, follow-ups, and task coordination
  • Help keep the office running smoothly, including managing supplies and coordinating with vendors
  • Assist with organizing internal events, meetings, and team activities
  • Support a variety of projects across departments, including marketing, sales, and recruiting efforts
  • Prepare and send materials such as sales and marketing packets
  • Assist with tracking budgets, updating CRM records, and maintaining documentation
  • Take notes in meetings and help track action items and next steps
  • Help coordinate travel, trade show preparation, and other special initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or currently pursuing a degree in a related field)
  • Experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles
