UDA Technologies is seeking individuals for Quality Assurance positions in the Auburn office. Selected individuals will work closely with the development team, presales, support, and marketing staff in order to assure that the product is running smoothly from all angles and stages. A strong attention to detail and desire to become in expert in all areas of the software is a must.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, exhibit meticulous and thoughtful decision-making, have a mature and outgoing personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, working knowledge in a variety of Office Suites(Microsoft Office, GoogleDrive, etc..), and experience with both Mac and Windows operating systems. These are full-time, long-term positions. Positions are highly competitive and candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with team leadership and software developers
  • Master products and services offered by UDA Technologies
  • Maintain consistency and integrity of product performance
  • Collaborate with customer support to quickly identify and address client-impacting situations
  • Provide feedback to team on software improvements
  • Host internal audits to ensure functionality of all branches of software
  • Maintain a customer focus and suggest improvements based on first-hand experience with the software
  • Use ticket tracking systems such as HubSpot and Asana to communicate progress between software engineers and customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent in medicine, science, technology or equivalent degree and years of experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulousness
  • Great attitude and eagerness to provide quality
  • Must be self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt to new situations, and focused on customer needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range:

Starting salary from $55,000 - $75,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses

Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
